Tess finds herself in the middle between her best friends, journalist Kate Wells and Detective Daniel Showalter as they each seek information about a 15-year old closed murder case. Sparks fly between Kate and Daniel, but that’s not always good as Tess finds herself mediating conflict between the two more often than not. The more they learn about the case, the more they believe someone has gotten away with murder and is willing to kill again to avoid getting caught.
